In every country where we operate, our customer support team is local. When you get in touch, you're helped in your own language by someone who understands where you're from.
Those same teams marked Customer Service Week 2026 from 5 to 9 October, under this year's theme, The Extra Mile. For Ope and Felistus, our CS Operations Managers, the week was a chance to recognise the people behind every conversation.
“Customer Service Week is an opportunity to pause, appreciate and celebrate the people who show up every day to serve our customers. The Extra Mile captures that spirit of going beyond, for our customers and for one another.”
Activities during the week included a day celebrating each country's culture, with teams coming to work in national dress and sharing food from home. For some agents, The Extra Mile was literal: they swapped countries for the week, joining another market's team to see how they work and bring ideas home.
Dorcas, one of our support agents in Zambia, travelled to Lagos to spend the week with Team Nigeria.
“The exchange programme opened my eyes to how culture shapes the way we communicate, collaborate and serve customers. In one word, this journey was transformative.”
Our agents bring that same cultural understanding to every conversation with you.

Going the extra mile also means helping you stay in control. If you'd ever like a break from betting, your local team can help you set up self-exclusion. Find out how to reach your local support team on our Help page.
